Is the mask lens round or flat?

Seabeast updated full face snorkel masks have the flat lens that won’t cause vision distortion. To satisfy the design demand, the flat lens needs to embed in the whole mask naturally and fairly so there are two rounded corners on the vision chamber. It won’t affect your whole viewing experience.

Can I wear glasses/get a prescription lens?

Unfortunately, glasses just don’t work. The stems from glasses would break the seal of the mask.

Is it anti-fogging?

Yes, the mask’s airflow anti-fog channel has separated inhaling and exhaling channel, which can effectively prevent fogging.

Seabeast Pro-N1, there are some pre-treatment will help too: one solution is to put a dab of regular, white toothpaste on the inside of the lens, rub it around in a circular motion for minutes. And rinse the toothpaste off with a soft, dry washcloth to get the residues out of the edges of the lens. Another solution is baby shampoo. It can be applied directly in small amounts or mixed with water delivered through a spray bottle. Rinse it out using either fresh water or salt water. After rinsing, DO NOT touch the inside of the mask as it will create an uneven spread of the solution. The last option is to apply anti fog spray, which you can purchase on Amazon.

BREATH EXPERIENCE

Can I breathe underwater with the mask?

The mask can help you breathe when you completely submerged under water. But please remind it isn’t the traditional very longer snorkel or the oxygen provider, it has the limited air on the mask. And with the deeper, you submerge the air will be shorter. It is designed for a surface swim and can help you breathe easier.

How long can I stay under water?

If you are surface snorkeling you would be able to breathe through the snorkel just fine. However, if you go completely under (which we only recommend a few feet as the mask performs best at surface snorkeling) it would just depend on how long you feel comfortable under the water without having to come up for air! But for safety and best practice,we strongly suggest you to take a break every 30 minutes.

SIZING

How do I decide which size mask to order?

Measure from the bridge of your nose to the bottom of your chin. If you are less than 4.7 inches order an S/M, if you are greater than 4.7 order an L/XL. If you measure exactly 4.7 inches try an L/XL first. If you order the mask and it does not fit correctly, please contact service@myseabeast.com for an exchange.

Storage

Make sure you store your mask at room temperature. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight. Several hours of snorkeling is no problem, but long-term storage should avoid sunlight.

Cleaning your mask

The mask can be safely washed using warm water and soap. Avoid using grainy or coarse soaps and detergents. Also be sure to use a soft cloth to avoid scratching the lens. Once you have thoroughly rinsed the mask, hang dry it out of the sun. You may also dry the lens and frame with a soft towel.

Shipping Policy

We have the following shipping options:

  • Free Standard 5-7 Day Shipping to USA, Canada and Australia.
  • International Shipping outside USA, Canada and Australia. Available to most countries and cost $10 for one product, add add $5 from the second product on for every product in one order, for example, if you order 2 products, the shipping fee is $15. Time varies by country, but usually it takes 7-10 days since we ship out our products with carriers like DHL, UPS, etc.

I bought my product on Amazon and it is past the return date, will you still accept it?

We have a 90 day return or exchange period and a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products. We know a lot of people buy our gear for vacations. In fact, if your vacation is past the 90 day return window, please contact us directly with your order number and reason for return and we can help you.
